The Tien Shan Hotel Group consists of the Grand Hotel Tien Shan, a luxury hotel with 78 high class rooms and suites built in 2006, and the City Hotel Tien Shan, a comfort hotel containing 31 spacious business rooms opened 2001. Both located directly in the heart of Almaty’s city center. The luxury Resort Hotel Samal with 35 upper class rooms and suites as well as various restaurants and nightclub is located in a beautiful landscape in direction Chimbulak.

For our guests a dry cleaning and laundry service as well as a 24 hour service in the room and in the Lobby Café Bar are available. The Resort Hotel Samal is about 5 km far from Almaty City in a beautiful landscape in direction Chimbulak. Opened in May 2011 the Hotel has 35 upper class Double Rooms and Suites.
