Environment/Health
We always are searching for ways to improve our facilities regarding environment and health service. Therefore we established for the whole hotel a special water treatment based on European technology. You don´t find such high tech equipment in no one other hotel in Kazakhstan. The normal water will be cleaned in a two steps filter and afterwards treated with an anti bacterial, biologic ultra violet radio source. So that means our ice cubes are absolutely clean and even our pool water have drinking water quality.
